I received their latest catalogue in the post, love looking through it, mainly i find things to buy my husband from it, quirky gifts, character stuff etc, stuff you cant usually find in town, i buy my stuff pretty much as soon as the catalogue comes out to guarantee that im going to get what ive ordered, as i hate being on the last minute when it comes to gifts, so birthday and christmas presents are all bought in one go.

i like that you can order on their website and that you can get things delivered to a different address, as i live in a terraced street theres no where for the delivery people to leave my parcel when im not in, so i get it delivered to my dads house where they leave it in the backgarden out of the way, so i dont have to arrange a re-delivery or go to the depot myself to correct it.

Generally i like to pay my whole balance off in one go, but when ive ordered a lot, like at christmas i split it up over a couple of months, which works out better for me really, i dont feel like im scrimping for a month after paying my balance.

got to remember to keep checking the online only items section they have, they keep adding new stuff in, stuff that dont put in a catalogue for a few months, spotted a nice samsung galaxy note on their pay as you go - thats going to be my next purchase.

on the whole ive not had any problems, no more no less that any other company tbh,
