Ordered an item from their catalogue with a code that i was given and entered this via online - price came to £30 with free delivery. Received a statement for my order today for the full amount but it was £54.99... yet i still haven't received the tree!!

Phoned their outrageous customer services on that 0871 number and got some half wit saying that in her catalogue it was £49.99 and she couldn't see anything at the price i was charged even though i have an email of proof. Also a catalogue with the price.

So having to take a photograph of the price in their stupid catalogue for proof. What a terrible carry on! Never again will i shop with these numpties.

did you enter the special order code that gives you the price to match up with what you see in the catalogue? its usually printed at the bottom page of the book, only works if the catalogue was sent to you and its not one you've borrowed from a friend
