I have ordered several things from this catalogue and all seems fine until you have an issue with something and need to ring Customer service. They are the rudest and most unhelpful bunch i have ever come across.
I had an issue with an item i ordered at the beginning of November for a Christmas Present, 3 days before christmas after several chasers i called and spoke to a lady who said that becuase of my inconvenience she would refund the item on my account and i could still have the item when it arrived. now in March i a still waiting on the item, and now have been told that i can only have the item if i re pay for it!! joke.
i also ordered a kiddies wardrobe which they have on offer, which i was advised would be delivered straight for the warehouse within 10 days. I have had an email this morning saying that it will be delivered in july! i have spoken to Steven in Customer Service who was no help what so ever and said that he would just cancel the item then! i cannot wait to settle my account with this sham of a company and never have to have dealings with them again, which is a shame becuase the do have some nice items in their catalogue. I suggest the director sacks the lot of their customer service staff and re recruit staff that actually know how to treat people and do their job properly! i worked in Customer service for many years and certainly would have never treated my customers as they do - disgrace!!!
