i ordered a little girls legging set and they sent the incorrect item. I received a boy's shirt instead. when i called customer service, they didn't seem to think it was a "problem". they told me to keep the shirt or "donate" it and that they would refund me. they didn't even offer to send me the correct item. Instead, they said that if I wanted my original item, i would have to go online and reorder it. what kind of customer service is that?? it was their mistake and they didn't even try to rectify the problem. i've ordered from countless online stores and catalogs and have never encountered customer service like that.
