Let down on Valentines Day 2012 - called me 1pm on 14th to offer me a refund or delivery of the flowers the next day. In the circumstances I declined - I should at the very least receive a refund and the flowers be delivered to my wife the next day anyway.
This is a premium rate price with a very substandard service when things go wrong. I was told I should try Interflora as they can deliver the same day. On Valentines Day.......I don't think so! Michelle - I know your only doing your job - but why are you working for a company that put you in that position without anything to offer a customer to try to make them at least feel a bit better about the situation rather than totally let down?
There wasn't a supervisor I could talk to, there wasn't a name of anyone that could specifically talk to me to dicuss further - all I could do is email a generic customer services address. Very disappointed as is my wife - I haven't done this for a few years but as this was a special year thought Next would be as reliable as JL or M&S (They certainly were no less expensive!). Not so special now hey NEXT - thanks alot!
