Terrible customer service & destroys credit rating!

Have used Look Again for 8 months. Only ordered from them a handful of times for small items. Payments have always been made on time and never once missed or made a late payment.
Placed an order for some gifts. I had nearly £160 credit available and my order only came up to £77. Went online to check the status of my order a few days later to find they had cancelled it. No letter, no email, no phone call to explain why. Phoned them up to be told it was cancelled because of payment issues on my account. I asked what issues there could possibly be but they wouldn't say and just pointed me in the direction of Experian Credit Report!!!
After more investigating they seem to think my account with them hasn't been kept up to date with payments (thank goodness I have proof every payment made!) Even my account online shows all payments made! This isssue has now caused a problem with another company I placed an order with, they will no longer accept an order from me because of this as it's affected my credit rating.
I strongly recommend everyone to avoid using Look Again. I have since read reviews of 2 other people who have had the same issue as me. Disguising behaviour and caused nothing but worry and stress!
