I urge anybody viewing this site not to shop at LookAgain.
The way the process a Credit Application is disgraceful. Complaints not dealt with suitably and a company that could ruin YOUR Christmas by giving false hope that your Credit Application is successful. Log into your on-line account and it will give delivery dates, summary of order and cost. DON'T EXPECT ANYTHING OTHER THAN A LETTER STATING 'YOUR APPLICATION HAS BEEN DECLINED!! Lets just list a few of the key points:

Submitting a Credit Application is done a process which is unprofessional and unfair,
Your on-line account will be showing ' Limited information is available. More information will be available soon' 'set-up normally takes one working day before full data available). I applied 20/11/13 today 06/12/13 it still states the same.
There is no mention in the automated email or on the account/order being subject to acceptance, processing application or this is not a confirmation of your order. There terms and conditions do state '
'Please note that any email acknowledging your order, or oral confirmation of your order is not an acceptance of it''. This information is buried deep within the help pages and difficult to find, there is no direct Terms and Conditions link on there webpage.
The first you'll know that your application has been declined is when you get a letter. By which time you've told friends and family what the kids are getting for Christmas and been excited for the past X amount of days only to receive disappointment.
Any emails sent to them will result in an automated reply stating they aim to reply within 24 hours. I sent an email F.A.O Customer Services Manager on 23/11/2013 and today 06/12/2013 I still await a direct reply.
It doesn't appear they have rectified any of the issues yet and clearly don't have concern what their process could do to somebody especially at this time of year.
