Returned three dresses in two parcels. Got bar code stickers from courier as required. One dress not credited for and they are now charging me for this. Tried ringing and spoke to someone in customer services. E mailed the company,spoke on line as well. Have been trying to resolve since January without success. Would put you off using them anymore. Only problems I ever have is when it comes to returns. Very angry
