Littlewoods are great until something goes wrong and you have to return something. In my case Littlewoods organized a courier to pick up an item for return which they lost in transit. After countless emails before the pick up and after,each with a reference number which they attach. They still could not locate my first email explaining the problem and could not locate the email which they sent arranging the pick up. So the disappearance of my items was my fault.
Im a good customer paying regularly and paying over the top prices for items which are quarter the price in other shops.
There dedicated (there words ) customer service team need to be trained in handling problems and not sending copy and paste replies which is so irritating and does little to solve the problem.
