i have been with littlewoods for over 30yrs, have always had a good relationship with them until recently, it started just before xmas, i had a customer who couldn't meet his payment, he paid what he could afford, as a result it didn't meet the minimum payment so i ended up getting a £12 charge, when the next payment was due the customer again could't pay, so i rang littlewoods

so much for you trying to help, ive just recieved an email from customer services saying nothing can be done, im not wasting anymore time with this, as i said in my last email to you i am sending last & final payment tomorrow then thats it i want no more to done with littlewoods, i have been well & truly ripped off, i will search out every review page i can & warn people against you, because i dont wany anyone to be treated as i have its disgraceful
