I have been a Littlewoods customer for a few years now and for the past year I have had nothing but trouble when it comes to ordering stuff.
They get the items wrong and when they correct it they get that wrong, you spend too long on hold to 08 numbers.
Worst of all they use YODEL to deliver the goods.
If you would like to receive your goods then I suggest use anywhere but Littlewoods.
Yodel couldn't give 2 flying monkeys if you receive your goods or not, they will leave them woth anyone at any location and if you do get to speak to them they lie to their back teeth about whats going on and avoid helping you altogether!!
For all the companies complaining about poor trading due to recession may want to take into consideration that if they can't even deliver goods from A - B then why would anyone want to keep spending money with them???
