Im telling all you guys out there do not use this catalogue. There Customer Service staff are not only rubbish and have no idear what they are talking about but they are rude and unhelpful.

I opened account with them last november order good on buy now pay next year and kept getting statments through saying I owed money it took me 6 months to sort that bit of the problem out. It turns out when I had sent goods back and the ones that I had kept didnt get updated to the buy now pay later.

The arrears were eventually written off as it was charges for late payments that shouldnt have been on the acc. I then get a letter from a debt company saying my account had been passed to them as i hadnt paid my bill (which isnt due to Nov and Dec this year)

When I rang Littlewoods C/S they were rude managers and suprovisors wwouldnt talk to me. I have now handed all this to the financial omnibus to investigate which they were quite happy to do.
