I have been trying to get the same item delivered to me for 6 weeks.
The first order was cancelled at the depot without any notice. No contact from the delivery driver was ever made before or after the scheduled delivery date.
The second order has yet to be delivered with the reason given as "Unable to deliver unable to locate property". No attempt has been made to contact me and Littlewoods have delivered to that address in the past. When I call Littlewoods I am always asked to chase down the delivery company myself. I called the 2 man team Yodel line and was told that it would be rearranged and I would be contacted. I was never contacted. I attempted to call the Yodel line at 8am 2 days after the scheduled delivery date but after 20 minutes of holding music was told by recorded message that there was no-one to answer my call and to call back later - no other contact options were given. I called Littlewoods again 4 days later and allegedly a note was put through to Yodel by the operator to contact me. I have never been contacted. This delivery is still outstanding.
The third order was made to safeguard the event that Yodel returned my item without asking me as they did with my first order. This was scheduled for delivery yesterday, and online tracking said "Unable to deliver card left with customer" but someone was waiting at home all day and there was no card left and no contact made by Yodel at any time before or after the scheduled delivery date - only confirmation calls from Littlewoods staff. This delivery is also still outstanding.
Put a formal complaint through Littlewoods website today but doubt anything will come of it.
