Too many Chiefs not enough Indians!!!

I had been with Choices Catalogue for 10 yrs and never ever had any major problems ( if i did have a little concern it was always fixed with the first customer advisor i spoke to)..... and then LittleWoods took over!!! - And i have been having on going problems ever since!
In April i ordered 1 set of Chesterfields ... they never arrived on the date ... so after waiting in .... i called them .... no one knew what was going on.
A couple of days later after more chasing it turned out the delivery guys noticed a damaged Chesterfield sofa and sent the item back to depot.... i was told the knew set of sofas were due out a week later to me (they arrived! YAY!)- from this day i have had problems after problems! :( I had been charged for both sets of Chesterfields .... then under credited by £950! I had a huge (unexpected) direct debit come out (which made me go over my banks limit (with a charge from them too) ... after many calls later (and of being accused of keeping both sets!) I was told i can take my money back from them via my bank in full with no charge from little woods.... Well blow me!!! they charged me! Also they then tell me my next payment price- it comes out by direct debit much more than what they told me!!! They are thieves!!! I'm still today having problems on my account!!! I am taking this matter further!! I told you little woods!!!! You had ruined my life for a minute the but unfortunately (for you) i still have fight in me ! And your measly £10 to me for treating me bad has not mad it up im afraid!!! Take it back for all i care!!! Once my bills are clear im away from your stupid prices! Im away from your ridiculous (unintelligent) customer advisers (only one out of the 100 i had spoken to actually made me feel it was all getting fixed!!!) STAY AWAY FROM LITTLE WOODS!!THIS IS MY ADVISE ! They are thieves! No one can help me because none of the advisor's can understand my statements as they are so messed up!!! £10? £10 stupid pounds???? For my £950? for my £12 charges? for your mess ups????
