I shopped with Littlewoods catalogue for 30 years. I NEVER missed a payment in all that time. For the past 3 years I have not cashed in any of my earned rewards (Used to be called commision) I have been saving them up for something useful. The scheme changed a while back and I received a letter stating to keep my rewards I had to purchase at lease 1 item from each seasons catalogue. As I do not receive catalogues from them any longer and only shop online, I would have no idea when their season ended. I was going to order something last week from the summer catalogue. When I logged in to the site I saw that the £137 worth of rewards I had amassed had gone to zero. After contacting them i have been told that their summer season ends on the 30th June and as I tried to order 8 days later, they have taken my rewards!!!!! I have tried to get the amount reinstated to no avail. How can this possibly be fair. I will NEVER use them again. I am really, really upset about this as I deliberately saved up the money for a large item and £137 is a huge amount of money to just have taken away

Hi Galadriel2x,
In order to keep your rewards you must place an order in every season, if you fail to do this then you will lose your rewards as per Terms and Conditions.
We do send reminder letters/emails and when you log onto to www.littlewoods.com there is a countdown at least 30 days before the end of the season advising customers to place their orders in order to keep their rewards and their reward tier status.
This is also outlined in your T&C's. If there is anything else you would like us to look into then please email us at Help@Littlewoods.co.uk.
