Bought a couple of jumpers a few weeks ago in different sizes as sometimes their sizes are hit and miss, none of them fitted so I returned them yet according to my statement I'm still being charged for them! The guy on the phone told me that my direct debit would go back to £22.50 but yet I've been charged £36.60, I think the company is a load of s**t to be pretty honest, not a happy bunny, if I'm not going to get refunded then I'm somly going to refuse to pay!

Complete JOKE of a company!

Hi,

Any returned items can take up to 14 days to be credited back onto your account. (This can extend to 21 days for electrical items to allow time for inspections)
Unfortunately this can mean that your statement is produced before the items have been credited from your account. We can provide a revised minimum payment once the credit has been applied to your account and also adjust any Direct Debit payments as long as the request is made up to 10 days before the payment date.
