been an agent for over 20 years . have a washing machine which has developed several faults which are covered by the sale of goods act .
they continually fob you off with email responses that contradict the previous emails they send you .they fail to call you to discuss the problem when they say they will . they seem to hope i will give up in sheer frustration that i am being given the runaround . how wrong they are ! i advise anyone else having trouble with this company never to give up if you are legally entitled to what you are requesting and let as many people as possible know how they are handling your problem. buyers beware!
