Its interesting to see I am not the only customer who thinks Littlewoods has gone DOWNHILL since teaming up with the courier, My Yodel, whos customer service is disgusting.
Well heres my story....
I ordered a lovely chest of drawers for my daughters nursery as i am very close to my due date.
They delivered the wrong parcel on 26.03.12 - stating it had been signed for - not the case it had been left next to a bin!
Since this date I have been constantly on the phone arranging for them to call me back. I have spoken with 17 people who all claim pure ignorance until I do the one thing I hate and that is shout down the phone.... Which makes me feel terrible. Then after I do this all of a sudden they find the notes left by previous colleges and that I have been promised a call back...
Today I phoned them again and spoke to the most uninterested girl and was told that as they are investigating this matter they cannot advise me where my parcel is or what the turnaround is for a call back from them once they have found the parcel.
When I flippantly said So this could take a month?? She said this would not take that long.... She did go very quiet when I pointed out it had already taken over 2 weeks........ Spoke to someone else 3 days later to be told my parcel is lost!
And this is just with the courier company!
Let me get on with my thoughts of LITTLEWOODS!
Inbetween all of my calls with MyYodel I have also called Littlwoods Orginally ordered thes chest of drawers on 08/03/12 but had to cancel and re order on 20/03/2012 as they could not change the delivery destination/day and as stated earlier I recieved the wrong parcel - Spoke with a manager after 5 stupid people kept promising me to review the order and call the courier on my behalf, This manager also promised to contact the courier - well he didn't!
Since speaking with 7 more people at their contact centre and getting no where I decided to cut my loses and completely cancel the order. Was advised this was all done and dusted. Wellll hahahahahaha on me I spose.
Both chest of drawers ( the one i ordered on 08/03/2012 & 20/03/2012 ) are still on my account which I am being charged for monthly.... Last week I called Littlewoods and got very angry trying to get to the bottom of this.... Told they would be taken off the account.... They are still on there!!! Wrote 2 emails to Littlewoods HELP?!?!? well I got 2 very generic responses with a load of spelling mistakes - and to prove they do not look at what they are dealing I got a 3rd response after i had not replied to the 2nd which was nearly word for word to the second.
This has caused me so much stress!
I'm so unhappy with their service...!!!
