Received my order which was duplicated and the sizes completely random. Rang up and spoke to Customer services who told me I ordered them in an American size!!! Sent back my duplicate order and all the wrong sizes, did receive the correct sizes next time and then disaster! The jeans ordered, put them on and the zip broke straight away. Phoned Customer services again and spent 25 mins at least trying to sort out the original order as have been overcharged and requested replacement jeans for the broken zip ones. The advisor assured me that the correct size would be sent. Got home from work today, package from La redoute, guess what wrong size and jeans that I have never ordered at any time! The service is so unbelievably bad, it is a shame because a few years ago the service was good. Now waiting to hear back from Customer Services as refused to wait to speak to a Customer Advisor again.

Agree. Totally incompetent had the worst experience, such a stressful time ordering!
