I have recently placed an order with LR but just because I was away, their courier decided to leave the parcel in my rubbish bin along with my child nappies... Our council service collects rubbish twice a week so untill I arrived home, the order was collected.. unfortunatelly not by me but by rubbish collector...
Obviously this was not the end of receiving nasty service from la redoute! I paid for this order before it landed in my rubbish bin and was glad that La redoute issued a refund for the missing order same day i notified them. After couple of days, i have noticed that i was charged back again for the order that ive never received! called the customer service on noumerous times, got the promises that someone will call me back and sort it within 28 days/???/ - month after - the statement still shows that i am supposed to pay for the order dumped in my RUBBISH!!!!! Going to report theses SCAMMERS to FSA and watchdog. WORST SERVICE FROM THE ONLINE EVER! PLEASE AVOID!
