If you value good customer services do not join La Redoute. Since my very first order I've had nothing but bother from them. Utter waste of time, their items are ridiculously expensive and not very good quality. I'd skip and go with another catalogue, you really do not want to owe these imbeciles money. I closed my account after my first order.
VOUCHER CODES DON'T USUALLY WORK AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICES
Many of the vouchers codes you get as incentives to join do not actually work, they work on perhaps 2% of the entire catalogue range (no discounted items, mini - prices, green book ect...) The problem is the website accepts the code but you won't get your discount.
I was promised a free gift when I joined, it was out of stock and I was sent a £20 voucher instead only the voucher was USELESS as it was for the spring summer catalogue and the current catalogue was autumn winter! It took SEVERAL phone calls and emails before they actually explained this to me.
NO CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
Another thing to note is that you can not change your order after it has been made, not even if you call up 10 minutes later like I did. I ordered the wrong size by accident and immediately phones only to be told there was nothing they could do about it.
LONG DELIVERY TIMES
My order took over a week to arrive - no need for such long delivery times in this day and age.
