Very disappointed

I have ordered from laredoute twice.
They have nice clothes on their website, its cheap and clothes are of a reasonable quality for what you pay.
However the service is terrible and i would say go elsewhere, there is loads of competition out there and if they won't put in the effort why give them your money.
First time I ordered a skirt from the sale, it was nice, a good day time skirt, wear it often and its lasting well.
After two weeks plus I contacted them to ask where it was, told something about waiting for deliveries from overseas, which was odd as it was in the sale so surely they should have it already? It did appear but almost 4 weeks after ordering.

Second time I tried, I left it 3 weeks before chasing up to be told same thing. About a week or so later I got a parcel. It was the wrong thing.

I give up with them.
