I ordered goods 14 days ago. I updated all my account details and had a confirmation that the billing and delivery address was my new address. However, the first part of my order has been sent to an old address and left outside a door in Hackney. I now have to wait for the courier company to try and collect that package (if it is still there, outside a door in Hackney is laughable), then for it to go back to La Redoute as a return. When it is received as a return I can then 'reorder' it. I have already paid for the goods. The second bit of the order is a matching pillowcase that goes with a duvet cover in the missing parcel and that is being held somewhere.
I am very cross, well livid, that the items cannot be sent out to me in the meantime whilst they figure out their mistake. By the time this gets worked out I suspect some items that were in the sale will be out of stock. And before La Redoute replies to me on Review Centre and advises me to contact Amanda Grice, I can tell you I have already emailed her 2 days ago and it didn't help and have spoken to customer services. I just want a refund or my goods.

Hi, I am sorry to hear you have experienced problems whilst shopping with La Redoute. I have checked my inbox for emails of this nature from the 12th May onwards and do not appear to have one regarding this. Could you please email me again so I can look into this further for you.
Kind Regards
Amanda Grice

I wanted to update this (1st June) to say that the customer service team have now resolved this and I would like to acknowledge the quick response when I emailed the second time round to the Amanda Grice email.
