I ordered on the 18th of November and the sweater has to be a present fro Chirstmas and I still waiting for it. They told me that there is no chance to receive for Christmas. On the website, when I ordered they said that the sweater will be available on the 24th of November and they have problem with their provider and can't provide it.
Customer service is not free of course and you have to give a call to cancel or have any news from them because they wont email you for their mistakes.
