I ordered a couple of tv's at xmas for my grandchilden and they never arrived i was then told that they were delivered and signed for by my daughter even though we know she wasnt there, i have been chasing this matter since December after looking into it they told me that we hadnt received them and credited my account to then be told 3 weeks later that they had a signiture and even though it wasnt mine or my daughters which is where the goods were supposed to go we have been charged for items have now contacted the police and written to K and Co still no response have been a customers with Kays for 14 years and must say its the worse services i have ever received would never recommend im even going to contact Watchdog on BBC i wish others would do the same.

i had this problem with a laptop which had been signed for but not by me i sent in a photo copy of my drivers licence with my signature and the back of my credit card proving it was not my signature and i must say k and co sorted it all out within a week and the amount was taken off my bill. miss royal
