After being a customer of Empire Stores since the 90's I don't expect to have to ask 3 TIMES to be sent a catalogue. I suppose you don't send the paper ones out because you can't afford to. I want to look through a catalogue, not navigate my way through a website. A standard formatted email response is not customer service. Another customer lost
