“codes dont work”

totally disgusted with kays,codes dont work which you recieve through the post,and they dont answer your letters of complaint so i would not bother complaining.when you ring them up they just switch you off.what more can i say.i have been a loyal customer for years and this is how they treat you now.so i would not bother shopping with them.

We're really sorry to hear that your promotion codes haven't worked. All our promotion codes are subject to Term and Conditions that should be printed in the small print of the mail out.
