your procedures are not properly in place. trying to pay you has been a stressfull experience.
1. did not receive a statement saying when/how much to pay
2. went on my email to see if there was an electronic statement. NO
3. went on kaleidoscope web site to pay/find total cost.
4. entered wrong password on "verified by visa" - my card unregistered.
5. phoned the no given if I needed to contact you about this - voice saying number no longer in use. why put it on your website if you don't use it anymore?
6. sent you a message via your website
7.after contacting my bank got my card re registered and paid you next am.
8. I still don't know if I owe you any more money (interest?)
9. Although I was happy with goods and speed of delivery I will not be using you again. Too Stressful.
10. you need to sort out your procedures ie when money needs to be paid would be good ! How to contact in emergency etc.
11. I will now have to keep checking your website to see if I owe you any more money in interest as it looks like I should hav e paid by 9th. but I`m not sure.
