Whilst on holiday I received 2 emails to inform me my payment was due and 2 text messages. As I was abroad I wanted to pay my account in full by online banking and by email requested twice the relevant sort code and account details. These details were not sent and as a result I have now been charged an extra £12 for late payment. I returned late last night so this is my first opportunity to pay. I am very dissatisfied with and will not be using Kaleidascope again. I received no details requiring payment before I left for two weeks and at this time of year this should be taken into account.
