DO NOT BUY

I have just placed by first and most definitly my last order with Kaleidoscope....what a nightmare. Just tried to order my wedding dress, had an email confirming my order, but they never actioned it. 2 weeks after placing order and 5 emails sent (which they claim they never received even thou I had the reference numbers sent me!!!), I finally got through to their Customer Services Dept by phone (after 20 mins on hold), to be told my account hadn't been set up and nothing shipped.....very unhelpful service.
Worst Customers Services I've ever dealt with.
Not sure how they expect to get new customers, or indeed keep existing ones with the service they provide.
Very very very disappointed in the service provided.
My recommendations is simple - DO NOT BUY FROM KALEIDOSCOPE - GO ELSEWHERE
