“NIGHTMARE SHOPPING!!!”

No matter how many times I request paper statements, they will not send me them, even although they keep promising. I am not on line that often so sometimes don't see e-mail statements for ages after they have come, by which time you can incur late payment fees. Sick to death of this catalogue!!!
