Every month I make my payment to your company via the Internet. It is a job and a half!!! On average trying to make a payment takes up to 15 minutes. Surely to God, there has to be an easier way but please don't suggest a Direct Debit - this method is open to abuse and I never consent to paying any payments via this method. Please try and make the system easier, especially the card verification system - three times I am asked for my bank details and then up pops the name on card, dob and post code questions. Not worth registering for the easier Bank Verification system if it doesn't recognise its own questions.
