Returned a faulty item which was collected by courier 4 weeks later still not credited to my account. Saying the item is missing and I must have tracking code from the courier which I do not have so will not credit item back to my account although it is showing as item being collected on my account.
Customer service is a joke and 10p per minute. AVOID this company!!
