I have been with Freemans for a number of years now. However I find whenever I order from the catalogue the actual item is of poor quality when it arrives.
I have had 2 particular incidences that have annoyed me so much I have now closed my account with this company.
Firstly I returned an item that I purchased for £100. They sent their courier to pick it up and then it took me 2 months to get my account cleared. They obviously didn't pay any interest based on how long it took them to clear my account.
I then made a purchase online using one of their buy now pay later codes. When I went through the site to pay it accepted the code and I thought nothing more of it,not expecting to have to pay until Oct. I have now been charged with late penalty payments because apparently the code cannot be used against the items I bought. Surely the system should have told me that at point of purchase???
Useless company, rude customer service probably because it's not a service they are providing. Be careful if you are going to use this gimmick!!!!
