Ordered 2 stepladders from Easylife by phone. Was told at time of ordering there would be no assembly. On receipt of goods found that side rails have to be screwed in but not only that the bolts were missing. Phoned Easylife and was told that the courier would collect between 01:pm to 06:00pm. Went out that morning got home at 11:0am only to find a card that they had called at 10:20am. Got straight on the phone and was promised a call back and they would try to get Yodel the carriers to collect. Still no call after 2 hours so rang again the young lady promised that a supervisor would call me shortly. In the interim period phoned Yodel who told me they don't work to time slots and could not help me. Made another phone call to Easylife spoke to same
gentleman that I had first spoken and he raised it as a comlaint and arranged another collection for one weeks time. Am not sure what is happening with complaint side as he and I got cut off and after spending 02 hours on the phone today had lost the will to live.Will never ever deal with this company again as the name does not replicate the customer service given Amen.
