Asked for advice regarding a fault with my talking watch on 8 May 2015. Received an auto response saying they were receiving a lot of emails so it would take up to 3 days to respond (attached a £5 gift voucher for use with a future Easylife purchase - I don't think so!!). I emailed again on 20 May 2015 - AND AGAIN ON 8 June 2015. Received exactly the same useless response (plus voucher) again. As my review title says: TERRIBLE AFTER SALES CUSTOMER SERVICE - they do not reply. Would never buy anything from Easylife again. I know what they can do with their gift vouchers!!
