I placed an order for two items on 11th Jan 2015. Having accepted order Easylife then informed me one item was unavailable until 5th March but other item being dispatched. Accepted that as I could not fine a suitable alternative. Tracking item did not seem to work.On 31st received email stating "one or more items have been dispatched" ! this was confusing. Could not track until 6th Feb, and having looked at this and other review sites, became concerned. However this afternoon, 7th Feb, both items arrived. Not the best mail order firm I have used but they did deliver (eventually)
