I ordered three items on 15th December 2014 for presents for Christmas. One small item arrived - late. The others did not arrive and I contacted them. They re-issued them and one item arrived in January which did not fit and had to be sent back, costing me considerable postage. There has been no confirmation of safe receipt and the other item has still not arrived. I have email numerous times to no avail. Needless to say the payment has been taken from my credit card and here I am with nothing for that payment only the one "cheap" item of about £6 which, if I do not get a repayment for the others, will have cost me over £50. Stear clear of this company and if you get one of their small catalogues through post or in TV paper or newspaper - throw it out. This has taught me to read reviews about companies before ever purchasing from them.
