I ordered an item 08/Aug, still not arrived 18/Aug, customer service say has been despatched it must be coming via the Moon!!
If I could find the item I ordered from elsewhere I would.

NEVER ORDER ANYTHING YOU WANT FROM THIS COMPANY.
