Don't Order Unless You Don't Want the Order Any Time Soon!

Ordered a pair of snow boots and though they took the money for the boots straight away, come 3 weeks later still no boots or any confirmation that the boots are on their way.

Sent an email asking where the boots were and got a very abrupt email back (after 3 days) saying that due to a high demand they had to buy more boots and didn't know when they were going to come.

That's not good enough in my book - why not let the customer know that there is a problem? What's wrong with that? Surely having already paid for the snow boots that are listed as "being in stock" on their website I am entitled to know that they don't have any boots nor do they know when they are going to be in stock! What about all the poor people who have gone and bought the boots today not knowing they don't actually have any stock and it looks like they won't have any stock until all the bad weather is over.

I've asked for my money back, it will be interesting to see if that happens.

Don't buy from this company - they just don't care.
