Ordered a Talking Watch for my mother who is partially sighted but it didn't talk when she received it, so called to get the returns number and swiftly sent the item back by first class post.
I know now that I should have sent it recorded delivery as they say they didn't receive the return and no way they could send a replacement until they do.
Seems a common occurance on other review sites that returns never reach them, If I was them I would be contacting the PO to see where all the parcels are going to.
Not only have I lost my money for the shoddy watch but the cost to return it.
I'm also down the money to replace the mysterious disappearing watch.
Just bought one from the RNIB site, trustworthy and sure I won't have the same problems with them.
If you are thinking of buying from this company you would be better opening the window and throwing your money in the street.
Terrible product, terrible service, terrible company.
They really should have a system for giving no stars on this website as giving them one is way too generous.
As I said at the top, "Avoid Like The Plague".
