Sent wrong size & expected me to pay return postage,it took a month and several 'phone calls before they sent a cheque for £2.99.They have no system to refund postage. Their latest money maker is to keep you hanging on when ordering by 'phone. Calls to them cost 10p a minute plus unspecified "network" charges. Try getting off the 'phone in under 8 minutes! They send a deluge of catalogues & keep telling me I'm a valued customer.So change your attitude Damart if you want to keep me.
