I ordered 1 pack of 2 dresses at a cost of £15.00 for my holiday. I received a jubilee cup and saucer(worth £5.99) instead. I phoned a nice man called David who said he was sorry I had been messed about and that I needn't return the cup and saucer and he would take the £15.00 charge from my account. After coming back from my holiday having never receiving the dresses, I find the charge for £15.00 still on my account.On contacting them by email I was informed that if I return the cup and saucer then they would take the charge off my account.I requested a returns label as it was their pickers error. I am still awaiting a returns label!!
