I have had two bad experiences with contractors in the past so I was worried about the contractor I would choose to install a new combi boiler. Well, I am very happy & relieved I chose Swale. Slightly more expensive than other quotes but I feel so worth it for the reliability, professionalism & workmanship of everyone. We were very pleased with our new boiler installation, the engineer was very hard working polite and professional throughout. During the couple of days he was in our home he always had time to answer all of our questions, He cleaned up and disposed of all the debris after the installation. Complaint made: August 27th 2014 Todays date: March 30th 2015 Engineer sarcastic, didn't finish job correctly so he had to come back the same day. As I opened the door to him he expressed his annoyance using the 'f' word, my 4 yr old grandson was here and heard what he said and then was told off for repeating it at school!!!!!! Absolutely awful do not recommend they are incompetent from the customer service staff on the phone to the workmen that come out. im suprised there company is still being used to be honest. Been 5 week's and between 5 workmen and the call centre my boiler is still not fixed.from missed appointments to not logging the appointment. To turning up with wrong parts. hot water on and off for 7months they havent a clue whats wrong im disabled and find it very distressing having no hot water with 2 children for days at a time i have to stay in for there 24 hour call outs i had a supervisor sent in on 2 occasions thought he might be helpfull but came in with a really bad attitude being rude and looking down his nose at me finally today the workman basically called me a liar saying i have had hot water most of the time n saying i would be charged for wasting… Read Full Review

After being with British Gas for years and receiving an excellent service, we went over to Swale for a new boiler, the reason being Swale were cheaper. This has been the biggest mistake ever for us. It has been a disaster from the very first day that the boiler was fitted. Problem after problem starting from the very first day of fitting. The day before they were due to come, I had a phone call saying that they would not be able to come so I rearranged my plans so that I could be at home on the Thursday morning. “worst company ever”

We had around 15 visits from them over last 6 months. Our boiler is still not working. The engineers are always late, once did not turn up at all. Phoning them is a waste of time, they either dont know whats hapenning or they became quite rude.. “Worst Customer Service Ever”

I waited 15 hours for a boiler repair only to find out they had showed up, rang an obviously broken doorbell and immediately left. So I re-booked the appointment (now at 4 days without gas in the middle of winter). They refused to narrow the time down from "some time tomorrow" and when I tried to argue the point they hung up on me.
