Inept installation. Poor customer response. Unskilled engineers. A long and painful history. Engineers were very unlucky and one had a family emergency, one had an accident and one had a puncture on the way to me. Each time they were called out, the engineer spent hours pulling things apart and each suggested a different fault and a different solution. None were right. Swale Heating have installed and serviced my heating over a few years now. Very easy to book or cancel appointments and the engineers will call to let you know they are on their way. The engineers are always polite and will explain what they are doing or can't do in a way that you will understand. I also like that paper work can be sent to email, saving on stacking papers indoors. They work very methodically, removing mess and waste as they work. “Terrible Service”

firstly trying to get through to Swale is very time consuming. I asked for a supervisor to call me, they did not return my call. Secondly if parts are ordered, these cannot be fitted at the weekend, consequently I will have waited over a week without hot water or heating. They cannot provide the service they offer, they do not have enough staff. It is a complete waste of money having a contract with them and I will be switching company as soon as I can. A new boiler fitted following a quotation visit, a very good quotation, the engineer arrived exactly at the time stated carried out the work to the highest possible standard with the minimum amount of disruption, equally the electrician arrived to complete the electrical parts of the work. They came for annual service said I need a part next engineer came 4 days later condemned boiler after leaving it on for 4 days they came and fitted new boiler the engineers rushed job left leaving water leaks tried to ring office numerous times could not get response until next day 1week later noticed a small leak from bottom of boiler rang on Monday said they would come Friday between 14.00 and 16.00 at 18.00 still not come no phone call to say they would be late still waiting also still… Read Full Review

Only had the complete system in two days . Exhaust fumes coming in the house from boiler. Leak in bathroom. Main electric cable cut in fuse box and left. Broken pipe clips . Which I'm told can't be replaced as are fitted before pipes are installed. My wife has spent the last two days clearing up after them. I have been going around filling in holes. There service is fine but lots of miscommunication. Very rude sales representative.They initially announced the refund because they unable to finish the job which has been discussed at the time of quote but sales representative called me later asking me to pay more money than we agreed. “Completely useless ”

It took 4 weeks to repair my boiler leaving me without heating and hot water in January. Not great I have 2 children. They sent an engineer out to service the boiler when it was broken then sent me letters saying I'd be taken to court and will have to pay a fine for not letting them gain access. Then to top it off I arranged the service and asked for them to come after 2.30 as I work Monday to Friday 6 times they arrived before this time. When ever I contact Swale heating for repairs, or appointments they do their best to make a convenient appointment as soon as they can. They are very helpful members of staff who work and the work force are smart and obliging too. I cannot rate the actual bathroom upgrade work as yet because the work has not been carried out yet. I m suffering with no heating no water for up to a month I was told pump is not working they gave me appointment for new pump after three weeks.when an engineer came he said another part is not working so they have to order it ok he said they will call u for an appointment I said how many weeks I have to wait he said only one or two days after that they give me another appointment for two and a half weeks.i m very sad about their service… Read Full Review

I am now having to call for an engineer to attend my home every couple of days to fix my boiler as there seems to be no one who can actually fix it once and for all. Never a priority as I have no vulnerable, elderly or young children living with me. Penalised for working full time and not being able to take time off for an engineer to come AGAIN to get it working and when he eventually arrives, he asks me what the problem is! The Annual service should have been carried out in November 2016 but was not done until February 2017 3 months late, I don't call that Annually its obtaining money under false pretences because Swale took 3 months service money without doing a service and would not have done it If I had not contacted them, they normally send me a pre booked date for the service.
