God help London. Boiler not working and major leak in flat below. Visit 1: Sorry mate don't have the right part. Visit 2: Sorry mate the last person didn't leave any notes on the system. I don't have the right parts. Visit 3: Change the electric board. Visit 4: Sorry don't have the right parts... Two months later and 8 days holiday taken it is still is a mystery to Swale. They are brilliant professionals as I have been ripped off in the past, They don't push it on you but rather offer you what they can do then do it within a week. “completely incompetent”

It took 7 visits for Swale to replace a faulty immersion heater and now we are waiting home for the 4th day in a row for them to replace a faulty valve. They make appointments and do not keep them. When we complain they say there was never an appointment made! If they do show up for an appointment they are more likely to break the part than fix it. In both cases they made the problem far worse before ever fixing it. would not recommend Swale to my worst enemy but our housing association… Read Full Review

“Can't keep appointments”

It took 4 visits from Swale to install my boiler (5 if you include the estimate). The engineer was 2 and a half hours late on the first day, then the "supervisor" who comes to sign off on the work (not sure why this couldn't be done on the previous visit) called in sick twice. He did at least turn up on the second sick morning but very late. This obviously cost my business time and money as I had to take additional time off. Our boiler broke down causing us some real problems - I called Swale Heating And booked an appointment for someone to give me a quite for a new one.They turned up within 2 days and quoted for the cost of a new combi boiler. Was fitted quickly and engineer was courteous enough to put dust sheets down over new carpet (past experience with other tradesmen means I was fearing black footprints!) . Why my council use this company is beyond me! Unfortunately we are tied into this contract have been without water and heating for 2 weeks which is no joke with 3 small children have had an ongoing fault with this boiler for years and have been fobbed off at every tern not all of there engineers are useless but thay are few and far between and are treated just as bad as the customers something has to be done about this company before someone gets seriously hurt supervisors are rude and arrogant… Read Full Review

Absolutely disgraceful service, been waiting for a call out all day Bank Holiday Sunday only to be told at 9.15pm when I telephoned them that they cannot attend as the call out engineer does not have the correct equipment and then told that I have to wait in all day until midnight on bank holiday Monday again. I am disgusted in the service we have received! Over the last 31 days we have had 23 days without heating or hot water despite many visits from swale. They never seem to actually do any thing although they claim to. On one occasion I waited at home until 3pm just for the engineer to say he wasn't gas registered so he wasn't allowed to touch the boiler! What an absolute shambles!! Told an engineer would be with us between 12 and 5. Turned up at 8.35pm - no communication from the company to say they would be late. Charged call out fee for engineer to be here 2 minutes and tell us we need a new board after we'd looked up the error code and told the engineer it was the fan. 5 minutes after he left, got a phone call to say the engineer had looked at the wrong error code and we need a new fan which is cheaper than a board! Terrible..... Etc etc.....! Iv wasted 20+ days annul leave and have waiting in for swale on 30-40+ occassions over the last 3 year's! My advice CANCEL YOUR CONTRACT , TAKE THE HIT AND FIND SOMEONE ELSE! You will save yourself a lot of time and effort! Ps I'm not even remotely joking! “Poor Communication”

I work for a large housing association and had issue with boiler tripping off for over 8 months. Engineers come and go, state unable to help with issue, work booked in however we are not advise of when they will be attending. I would not recommend, time keeping is appalling, one contractor threw his rubbish over office car park, lack of communication when booking in work. Finally issue was fixed which ended up being a fuse needing replacing..8 months for them to figure this out. … Read Full Review

I am with a large Insurance company and my boiler included in the policy. they passed onto Swale Heating to do the repair. They told me that the Enigneer would call today between 12 and 5 .
