“Comprehensive Service by Efficient Engineer”

“Central Heating Repair”

Problem that every time water heater switched on the central heating kicked in as well even though it was turned off at the timer. Engineer diagnosed a problem with a device fitted in the loft which was jammed. The called a few days later and fitted new part....... All now solved, thanks Swale engineers. “They will take your money, if it goes wrong your on...”

We had a new boiler fitted in June 2017. The fitting was quick and completed within timescale. I asked both the Gas Fitter, Electrician and the Sales Person about their ratings, and was told they fit a lot of boilers for Council Tenants and if they have negative results its because they are Council Tenants! Well, I'm not a Council Tenant (not that there is anything wrong with being a Council Tenant, as a home is a home and is not defined by who you pay rent or mortgage too). “Couldn't find fault”

The engineers were fine. Just that we had a different one every time. One to the next asked what the problem was and what had been changed on boiler. No communication!! Took at least 10 visits to sort problem and eight months. Still don't know if everything's fixed yet. Think better management is needed. Very inconvenient waiting a week for parts. If worked full time, when would anything be done!! Not satisfied at all with service… Read Full Review

I had Swale Heating fit my Worcester boiler but engineer forgot to do safety checks! I thought smell of gas normal after a new boiler fitted! Lucky I was still alive after 2days to call out gas emergency. Mains supply turned of straight away. Despite this the Swale engineer performed the most thorough inspection of all my gas appliances and boiler before allowing me to sign up for the Swale service. Actually showed up for appointment which was an instant improvement on four local company's that I have booked in the past! Telephoned and texted to remind me of the appointment (including on the day to let me know they where on the way). Having read up on what was required of the service I can confirm that the engineer did everything and more than was necessary when servicing my boiler.
