There service is fine but lots of miscommunication. Very rude sales representative.They initially announced the refund because they unable to finish the job which has been discussed at the time of quote but sales representative called me later asking me to pay more money than we agreed. “Completely useless ”

It took 4 weeks to repair my boiler leaving me without heating and hot water in January. Not great I have 2 children. They sent an engineer out to service the boiler when it was broken then sent me letters saying I'd be taken to court and will have to pay a fine for not letting them gain access. Then to top it off I arranged the service and asked for them to come after 2.30 as I work Monday to Friday 6 times they arrived before this time. “Prompt service, polite and obliging.”

When ever I contact Swale heating for repairs, or appointments they do their best to make a convenient appointment as soon as they can. They are very helpful members of staff who work and the work force are smart and obliging too. I cannot rate the actual bathroom upgrade work as yet because the work has not been carried out yet. I m suffering with no heating no water for up to a month I was told pump is not working they gave me appointment for new pump after three weeks.when an engineer came he said another part is not working so they have to order it ok he said they will call u for an appointment I said how many weeks I have to wait he said only one or two days after that they give me another appointment for two and a half weeks.i m very sad about their service… Read Full Review

I am now having to call for an engineer to attend my home every couple of days to fix my boiler as there seems to be no one who can actually fix it once and for all. Never a priority as I have no vulnerable, elderly or young children living with me. Penalised for working full time and not being able to take time off for an engineer to come AGAIN to get it working and when he eventually arrives, he asks me what the problem is! The Annual service should have been carried out in November 2016 but was not done until February 2017 3 months late, I don't call that Annually its obtaining money under false pretences because Swale took 3 months service money without doing a service and would not have done it If I had not contacted them, they normally send me a pre booked date for the service. Telephones to report a red light on newly installed boiler that we were concerned about told no appointments for one week, okay it was not an emergency but given the time daythe engineer would call we asked for between 3.30 - 5.30pm this was agreed. the next week when the agreed day came we made sure we were home by 2.30. in case of an early call but sadlt we had to wait until 5.30pm when we phoned Swale to ask where our engineer was but as usual it was an answer phone or told it would be… Read Full Review

“nearly two months to repair boiler now 10 visits”

Having had at least ten visits from their engineers, and many parts replaced I was assured that the fault ha been corrected and told by the engineers that the boiler would now the fault had been rectified. The boiler went wrong again within an hour of the engineers leaving the boiler did not work correctly. Engineer called and said a part had to be renewed, and report it to their office, and turned off the gas supply. I now have to wait five days for the part to be replaced. I have been a Swale customer for 10 years and over the last 2 or so years their customer service has become truly abysmal. Recently I have had 2 attempts to have a new part fitted to my boiler which has caused intermittent outage of my central heating. The first attempt they failed to turn up (and to add insult they insisted they had). The second attempt it was combined with my annual boiler service which was yesterday. I had no heating or hot water. Swale came out with in 2 hours which was an evening, connected me back on. Within 5 days the parts I needed were fitted to my boiler at the time they said they would be. I haven't been with swale long and I'm so glad I changed providers as the service I received on this occasion was better then I had from other providers. You done work next door to my house on the 08,09 Feb 17, and cut off my sky TV reception because you had scaffolding up. When I've spoke to your team you have just told me there's nothing you are going to do to rectify this, and informed me I wouldn't have TV for another day at least or more, and didn't seem to give a F. I had a new boiler installed 3 years ago. The quote from Swale was by far the best value for money and clearly set out everything that was included in the price. The installation was carried out in a timely way and to a very high standard. Our expectations were high and Swale didn't disappoint in anyway. An absolute useless company Swale heating are, I'm in social housing so have no other choice but to use them, I have a boiler that works fine on hot water only but when it's switched on to heating and water is when it goes wrong, the lockout red light comes on and the heating side of things don't work properly, nearly 3 years and countless, useless gormless engineers turn up look and scratch their heads, say the problem has been fixed then clear off and I can guarantee by the time they have got… Read Full Review

After years of having to find a plumber to sort out gas boiler issues, I signed up last year to an annual maintenance contract. Now I have no worries.
