The engineers were fine. Just that we had a different one every time. One to the next asked what the problem was and what had been changed on boiler. No communication!!
Took at least 10 visits to sort problem and eight months. Still don't know if everything's fixed yet. Think better management is needed.
Very inconvenient waiting a week for parts. If worked full time, when would anything be done!!
Not satisfied at all with service.

We are sorry to hear of your experience, if you would be able to send your details through to us we would like the opportunity to further investigate why there was such a delay in repairing the heating system/boiler, so that improvements can be made where necessary.
