Having had at least ten visits from their engineers, and many parts replaced I was assured that the fault ha been corrected and told by the engineers that the boiler would now the fault had been rectified. The boiler went wrong again within an hour of the engineers leaving the boiler did not work correctly. Engineer called and said a part had to be renewed, and report it to their office, and turned off the gas supply. I now have to wait five days for the part to be replaced. (no hot water and heating for five days).
