After two weeks of having our new boiler no supervisor as promised as been to our home to check and sign off the job. We were told in a specific day that someone would visit but he/she didn't show up. Now seeing how long it'll be before they realise the job hasn't been signed off. Also I had to help the installer lift the old boiler down from the loft space and assist in lifting the new one into the loft. This went on to me standing on the flat roof of the garage and foot the ladder whilst the fitter climbed the ladder up to the hip joint to mortar the flue in from the outside. If I had been a less able person my boiler wouldn't have been fittted.
