Great service !

Wow! What a service! To say I'm very happy, very pleased , very impressed and completely grateful is an understatement.
Iv just had a complete new boiler fitted from Swale heating after our old one completely broke down . After looking at the website and already being impressed with the warranty deal on new boilers I decided to call. I spoke to a very helpful and very polite lady , I explained that I was interested in purchasing a new boiler and that I currently had no heating or hot water and had 2 young children . Straight away she said that a consultant could come out to me that day and already I felt relieved. the consultant arrived and again was very polite and friendly , he completed his work and we discussed the quotation of the boiler, even though we were in a desperate state me and my husband were very pleased with the quote and the repayment options that were offered. everything was explained and we agreed and signed that day. Then I rang the office again to try and get things booked as soon as possible , I was expecting to wait at least a week but yet again I was very pleased and shocked when the lady said it could be started in a days time!
The man who completed the installation again was polite , friendly and went above and beyond to help my situation. He was very considerate and helped keep the heat in my living room from an electric heater to keep myself and my 5 month old son warm, this really impressed me and throughout the installation he was amazing. Even more surprised to have it up and running that day so could have a shower and heat at night. From my first phone call this took 2 days to start the work and 2 days to complete, I feel very confident with our boiler and completely impressed with the serviced I received.
