Boiler annual service, Swale Heating
I have been a loyal customer for many years buying my new boiler from them & annually servicing my boiler. However loyalty seems to fact little in their service.
Waited in for my allocated time of 8-12pm however by 11:30 attempted to call Swale Heating as no sign of the engineer or a phone call to confirm running late. They were experience high call volume so waited on the line for 7 mins & no reply so left message. No call back so tried again at 11:55. Let message again & this time received call back. Engineer running late but had apparently called me. That did NOT happen as received no missed calls or messages during that time. I had rearranged appointments & sorted out school runs so I would not miss this appointment. When I complained was told could rearrange or have a refund. I understand things run over however I feel it is the complete lack of regard for my wasted time & I felt it happened so many times they just weren't that bothered. Pity they aren't as quick rectifying their mistakes as they are to take my money. I was told had to pay on making the appointment. They might be better at time keeping if the money wasn't paid until after the visit. All in all a wasted morning which has resulted in another morning of waiting in for the hope of another supplier coming within the allocated slot.
