Moved into a nice flat recently and came across issues with immersion heater. 1st appointment was a no show, when I rang the next day to find out what happened apparently they had attended (lies). A second appointment was made where my cold water tap was used to force water through the hot water pipes. Still no fix. 2 days later another appointment made ended with the situation being "fixed," they did not check anything. Waited in again the next day, ALL day when an appointment was made by my housing association, yet again a no show. A shame since the staff I have talked to, excluding one rude customer service guy, were all very nice but it seems they are rather incompetent. If I had the choice, I would definately use another service.
